Just 750 metres from the cable car: arrive and you’re already on the slopes
We’re on the SS20, right in front of the shuttle bus stop. The Severino Bottero cable car is 750 metres away, the station 500 metres, and the centre a two-minute walk. You can leave your car with us, in the car park or in the garage.
Family-run hotel: you’ll feel right at home
Here you won’t find stiff formality, just genuine smiles. Homemade breakfast, a cosy bar area for an aperitif or an après-ski snack, and – when our restaurant is closed – traditional partner restaurants just a short walk away.
Ski and bike storage: your equipment is safe
Skis and equipment are safely stored in the storage room. For those travelling on two wheels, there are charging points for e-bikes and a bike wash area. We also have a garage, a garden with outdoor seating, a lift and two rooms equipped for guests with disabilities.

Skiing at the Riserva Bianca: we’ll take care of the rest
The ‘Severino Bottero’ eight-seater cable car is 750 metres from us and takes you to the Riserva Bianca and the Limonetto snow park. You ski, and we’ll look after your skis and have an aperitif ready for when you get back.

We’re surrounded by four of the most beautiful parks in Italy and France: the Maritime Alps, the Mercantour, the Upper Pesio and Tanaro Valley, and the Marguareis, not to mention the Uomini e Lupi Wildlife Centre. The Via del Sale and the Limone–Monesi military road start from here. Whether on foot or by bike, the Piccolo Parco is your base camp; bikes can be hired just a few minutes away from us.
