Step 2
We’ll confirm everything in writing
Room, accommodation type, total price and cancellation policy: all in a single email, so every detail is set out clearly in writing.
Step 3
Booking deposit
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 30 per cent deposit for stays of more than seven nights, or the full amount for stays of one to seven nights. You can pay easily by bank transfer or credit card.

We’re a fourteen-room hotel: we respond to enquiries personally, one by one. If you’re not sure which room is suitable for children, or if you need a cot, just let us know here: we’ll take care of it.

Where to find us
Corso Nizza 9, at the entrance to the village.
Limone Piemonte is the jewel of the Maritime Alps: an alpine village nestled amongst peaks and woods, just a stone’s throw from the Côte d’Azur and Liguria. We are located at the entrance to the village, on the SS 20 road leading up to Colle di Tenda, right in front of the shuttle bus stop. A two-minute walk takes you to the centre, in front of the Gothic church of S. Pietro in Vincoli; this is the starting point for the Roman walk and the Via del Sale, set amongst four nature parks straddling the border between Italy and France.

Two things to know before you go.
Cancellation: If your plans change
We know these things happen. We’ll refund 90 per cent of your deposit up to 31 days before arrival and 50 per cent between the 30th and 14th day; no refund is available for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
Check-in and documents on arrival
On arrival, please remember to bring an original identity document (photos on your smartphone are not sufficient for legal registration purposes). Check-in is available from 14:30 to 21:00; check-out is by 10:30.
Car park and garage
Outdoor parking (unattended and cannot be booked in advance) costs €10.00 per night, whilst the underground car park costs €20.00 per night. In the event of snowfall, we kindly ask you to move your car from the outdoor car park to allow for snow clearance operations. The entrance barrier remains open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Pets
Small dogs are welcome subject to prior authorisation, at an additional charge of €10.00 per day. Out of respect for all guests and to ensure peace and quiet, we ask that they are vaccinated, well-behaved and kept on a lead; they must not be left alone in the room or allowed into the breakfast room.
Payments at the Hotel
Upon arrival, a credit card will be required as a guarantee for any extras. The balance for your stay (if not already paid in full) is due on arrival, whilst payment for any extras and meals will be taken the evening before departure. We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.
Early Departure
In the event of early departure, the full cost of the booked nights remains payable. We apologise for this, but as we are a small, intimate hotel, any room left empty cannot be reallocated at short notice.
A word of advice: the unexpected can happen – a sudden bout of flu or changeable weather, for example. A small travel insurance policy, which can easily be arranged online, will give you peace of mind when you set off.
