Ingredients for 6 people:

4 large onions

1/2 kilo of minced roast

1/2 kilo of chard or spinach 
boiled, drained and minced

3 hectograms of sausage

1.5 hectograms of cooked rice

1 hectogram of grated parmesan

3 eggs

salt and pepper
Cut the onion cap horizontally. Sear the bases in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, peel beginning from the centre and remove 3-4 layers from each base.
Prepare a filling by mincing the rest of the onions with the roast, eggs, sausage, chards, rice, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, then place the filling in the removed layers, place them in a buttered baking pan and cook for approximately 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients for 6 people:
2 kilos of potatoes

1 leek

one-half onion
 1 garlic clove

1 hectogram of grated seasoned cheese

1 hectogram of butter

3 tablespoons of olive oil

one slice of lard

1 fistful of minced parsley

salt and pepper
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. On the side, cut the vegetables and sauté them with one-half hectogram of butter, oil and lard.
 Mix the potatoes, add one-half hectogram of butter, the cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour the mix into the cake pan. Cook in an oven at medium temperature for approximately 1 hour and serve.
Serve with melted Raschera cheese.
